Cook until golden.Add in your spices mix well. Now add in your tomato sauce, paste and vegetable broth. Simmer on low for 15 minutes.Add cooked lentils and mix well. Add in your salt pepper. Simmer on low for 5 minutes. Taste adjust any spices, if needed.Serve over pasta noodles of choice garnish with fresh basil rock salt.hot tip: I recommend green lentils for a bolognese sauce, as they hold their shape better won’t get mushy.
