Watch Video Creamy Garlic And Chilli Butter Pasta Ingredients approx. 100g of @theorganicmilkco’s salted butter10 cloves of garlic, sliced2 tbsp of chilli flakes600mL of thickened cream2 cups of pasta watersalt, to taste1 cup of shredded mozzarella500g of cooked pasta (I used fettuccine) Method 1. Add the butter to a pan and let it melt2. Once the butter has melted, add the sliced garlic and chilli flakes3. Add 300 mL of thickened cream, pasta water and salt before simmering on low heat for 5 minutes4. Once the sauce starts boiling, add the mozzarella and another 300mL of thickened cream5.
