Download ImageWatch Video Pasta Bake Ingredients1⁄2 kilo chicken breast sliced into thin pieces500 gms pasta of choice I used rigatoni1⁄2 red capsicum diced1⁄2 yellow capsicum diced2 cups of sliced mushrooms2 tbs butter1 tsp all purpose seasoning1 tsp vegeta1 tsp chicken spices1 tsp mixed herbs2 chicken stock cubes1 tsp chilli paste (I used chilli bang)1⁄2 tsp black pepper1⁄2 tsp white pepper1 onion diced2 shallots finely chopped (optional)5 garlic cloves crushed1 jar of leggos creamy mozzarella1 jar of pasatta with herbs1⁄4 cup of thickened cream1⁄4 cup of sliced kalamata olivesMethodBoil pasta according to packet instructions drain and set asideIn a large pot add butter,onion,garlic and capsicum and saute until onion is translucent.Add chicken and mix through let it cook all the way then add in mushrooms and let saute for 5 minutesAdd in chicken stock cubes and all spices and seasoning. Then add in chilliOnce stirred Add in the pasta jars and fill one of the pasta jars with water shake and add it back into the pot. Add in the olives and thickened cream give it a stir and then add in pasta and mix through. Once combined let it come to a boil and then pour pasta into a tray ready for baking.Pour bechamel sauce ontop of the pasta, sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese is golden.Let it rest for 1⁄2 hour and serve next to garlic bread and salad Source : www.instagram.com
