Watch Video Kefta Bi Siniyeh Bake Ingredients 1 kilo kefta @hosnabutcherySome olive oil5 small white washed potatoes1/2 red capsicum sliced1/2 geeen capsicum sliced1/2 yellow capsicum sliced1 sliced brown onion1/4 cup real pomegranate molasses (prefer the one that’s made and packed in Lebanon )1.5 litres tomato juice @goldencircleauSalt n pepper to taste3 tomatoes slicedParsley to garnish Steps Start by placing potatoes (with skin) in a pot and boiling about 10 mins .(we only want them half cooked ) . This helps them absorb all those juices when baking and the end result is soft pillow like potatoes yum !Cool , peel and cut into thick strips . Set asideUsing olive oil form the kefta into fingers and pan fry or grill them only about 30seconds until they have some colour . Set asideCook off onions and capsicums in a pan for few mins again to give them some colour . Set aside .Using a baking tray line up kefta and season well with salt n pepper .Top with the potatoesThen the capsicum and onion medleyDrizzle the pomegranate molasses on topTop with tomato juiceTop layer with sliced tomatoesCover and bake about 1.5 hours at 200Oven times may vary please check on it .Once done top with freshly chopped parsley and serve with some vermicelli rice .Enjoy Source : www.instagram.com
