Garlic sauce: Roast garlic with 2-3 tbsp olive oil, 2-3 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper (wrapped in foil)for 1 hr over 200 degree Celsius2. Take out the roasted garlic then squeeze and mash3. Melt butter in a large pan, over low heat add mashed garlic, parsley, garlic powder, chili flakes, pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, water, salt if needed, mix to combine. Off the heat4. Fried wings: Mix flours, turmeric powder, salt, pepper, chili powder.5. Place wings into a shallow bowl, drizzle 1/3 cup of flour mixture and add water. Mix well6. Coat wings with the dry flour mixture evenly7. Heat oil, fry wings in batches over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Remove8. Turn the heat high, Double fry wings for 1 min, in batches and drain into a wire rack9. Throw in fried wings, into the garlic sauce mixture, toss until evenly coated.10.
