Season chicken with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp msg, 1 tsp white Pepper, mix well and store in the fridge for 1 hr or overnight2. Add oil in a pan, over low heat, fry garlic until slightly golden and divided it into two portion, reserve the other one portion for serving3. Transfer washed rice into the rice cooker, chicken broth, remaining salt, white pepper, msg, fried garlic along with the oil and mix well, then top with seasoned chicken pieces4.
