Watch Video Ingredients For Chicken Marinade 1kg of chicken breast/thigh, cut into cubes1/2 tsp of chilli powder1 tsp of paprika1/2 tsp of turmeric3 tbsp of Greek yoghurt Other Ingredients 1 large onion, sliced1x 400g of canned tomatoes1 tsp of chilli powder1 tsp of paprika1/2 tsp of turmeric1 tbsp of garam masala4 tbsp of Greek yoghurt1 cup of thickened creamsalt, to taste4 tbsp of ghee Method 1. Marinate the chicken with the spices and yoghurt and set aside for at least 2 hours2. Add 2 tbsp of ghee to a pan and lightly fry the chicken for a couple of minutes3. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside4. In the same pan, add another 2 tbsp of ghee5. Add onions and garlic ginger paste and sauté6. Add the spices and mix before adding the chicken back in7.
