Download ImageEasy Butter Salmon And Cauliflower Curry Ingredients4 skinless salmon fillets1 Tbs olive oil2 Tbs butter, divided4 garlic cloves, minced1 shallot, minced1 Tbs grated ginger1 Tbs Garam Masala paste or powder6 Tbs tomato paste1⁄2 cup vegetable broth1 cup crushed canned tomatoes1 cup cream1⁄2 cauliflower, divided into florets1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp each- salt, black pepper,sweet paprika1⁄2 tsp each – ground cumin ground coriander,turmeric, curry powder1⁄4-1⁄2 tsp cayenne pepperFor serving: Rice, chili flakes, fresh chopped cilantro, toasted cashewsDirections1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towel. Season with the salt, pepper & paprika.2. Heat oil & 1 Tbs butter in skillet on medium high heat. Add salmon. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet. Set aside.3. Reduce heat, add garlic, shallot & ginger, cook 3 minutes. Deglaze with vegetable broth, scrape bottom of pan well.4. Add garam masala & tomato paste. Add crushed tomatoes, cream and 1⁄2 cup water. Add cauliflower florets & simmer 5 minutes. Add remaining butter, lemon juice & salt to taste.5.
