Microwave strawberries until soften and juice has came out2. Mash strawberries and cottage cheese3. Mix dry ingredients together and add in other wet ingredients4. Place dough in fridge for at least 1 hour so it’ll be less wet5. Separate dough in two using plastic wrap and shape into biscuits6. Preheat oven to 205 / 190 (fan-forced)7. Bake for 18-20 mins8. Then, place the tray onto the highest wrack , turn off the fan function and turn on broiler function, broil for 2 mins at 230 until the top is dry to touch9. Let cool for at least 10 mins so it can get harderNotes1. The dough is pretty wet so it’s not easy to shape. So please use plastic wrap as it will make things easier2. The biscuit should be dry to touch on the outside while the inner is moist, soft, and a bit gooey3.
