Watch Video Mango Cheesecake Cups Ingredients Crust:2 cups graham crumbs ( about 20 cookies)1/3 cup of melted butter1 tbsp sugar ( optional)Cheesecake cream:1 1/2 cup whipping cream1 block cream cheese 250g1 cup powdered sugar1/4 cup mango pulp/ sauce Topping 1 package mango jello1 cup hot water1/4 cup cold water3/4 cup mango pulp/sauce Direction 1: crush so graham crackers then add butter and sugar and mix.2:whisk whipping cream till stiff peaks then transfer to a plate.3: in the same stand mixer or bowl add cream cheese and powdered sugar whisk till soft and fluffy.4: add back in the whipping cream with mango sauce and mix all together.5: mix jello with hot water then add cold water and mango sauce and mix.6: start on layering the cheesecake cups first add the graham crumbs and press down then add the cream mix by using pipping bag way easier and faster then top it with the mango jello by using spoon so it doesn’t mix together the cream with the jello.7: cover and refrigerate for couple hours before serving. Notes 1:this recipe can be made a day or 2 before serving2: if you have mango pulp left just freeze it and when you need it take out and defrost.3:if you making a tray instead of cups add more butter to the graham crumbs so the crust hold better.4: make sure to use spoon while pouring the jello or it will get mixed with the cream mix and won’t look good.5:I used store bought mango sauce but you can make your own at home by crushing fresh mangos Source : www.instagram.com
