Download ImageCoconut Collagen Cookies Ingredients2 cups oats2 scoops @vitalproteins coconut creamerDash of cinnamon1/2 tsp sea salt1/3 cup organic dried unsweetened coconut flakes2 tbsp maple syrup2 ripe bananas1 tbsp melted coconut oil1/2 cup nut butter (I used pb)As much as you’d like of your fav dark chocolate (I used half a bar).Steps To MakeMix dry ingredients, I like to quickly pulse my oats in my food processor.Mash banana and add in remaining wet ingredients.Melt coconut oil before mixing in & chop your dark chocolate to bite size pieces.Combine wet & dry ingredients. Once mixed, spoon batter onto a parchment paper lined pan and drizzle with more melted chocolate – optional but recommended. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
