Ingredients

Chicken (Boneless) 500gGarlic Cloves 3, 4Green Chillies 2, 3Salt 1 teaspoon or to tasteRed Chilli Powder 1 teaspoonRed Chilli Flakes 1 teaspoonCoriander Powder 1 teaspoonCumin Seeds 1 teaspoonBread Crumbs 1/2 CupMozzarella Cheese 1/2 Cup

Method

Add everything in a Food Processor except Bread Crumbs and Cheese and make a paste.Add Bread Crumbs and Mozzarella Cheese in a mixture and give a good mix.Greece your Hands with Oil, take some mixture, make a round pattie and then make hole in a center.It makes 14 Chicken Doughnuts, put them in freezer for 15 – 20 minutes.

Eggs 2Salt to tasteRed Chilli Powder to tasteBread Crumbs as required

Method

Whisk Eggs with Salt and Red Chilli Powder and Egg Wash the Doughnuts and then role them in Bread Crumbs.Can be kept in Freezer at this stage for upto one month.When needed take them out and Deep Fry them.
