Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. –2. Knead it for 10 minutes. Cover with a wet towel. Rest for 2 to 5 hours. –3. Knead it again for 3 to 4 minutes. Rest second time for 30 minutes. –4. Divide the dough into 10-gr small cuts. –5. Round and flattened them like a disc. –6. Fill them with beef filling and sealed. –7. Boil them until it is floating. Strained. –8.
