Blend all beef marinade ingredients until smooth, mix well with the sliced beef2. Marinate beef for 30 mins, ideally overnight3. Heat oil in a wok or pan, stir fry the beef until done4. Add carrot and cook until slightly wilted5. Off the heat, stir in green onion and chilies6. Heat a medium pan, over the lowest heat, place a tortilla sheet7. Add some cheese on half of the tortilla, top with some beef bulgogi, then more cheese on top8.
