In a bowl add the spices to the mashed potatoes and mix wellIn a wok add olive oil and then add chicken mince , stir fry for few minAdd all the spices and cook for few min until the water is all dried up , then add chopped green chillies and mintAdd mozzarella cheese as wellWith the help of hands make the potatoes ball and fill in the chicken mince & cheese mixture and make the ball againDip in the beaten egg and corn flakes crumbsRefrigerate for 30 min to 1 hourU can shallow fry or air-fry as u desire for the crispiest cutlets
