Preheat the oven to 350 and lightly grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda salt. Stir until we’ll combined.3. In another bowl, add eggs and lightly beat. Add in mashed banana, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla and coconut sugar. Stir until well combined.4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients bowl and lightly mix. Do not over mix (that turns your banana bread into a rubbery texture).5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and top with any toppings, bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.6.
