Go-to Easy Banana Bread Ingredients

2 1/2 ripe bananas, mashed1 3/4 cup oat flour or whole wheat2 eggs1/2 cup coconut oil, melted1/3 cup maple syrup or honey1/4 cup unsweetened @enjoyyoso coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt1 teaspoon vanilla (I free pour )1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon saltDash of cinnamonDark vegan chocolate chips or chunks of your fav dark chocolate

Preheat oven to 350.In a medium bowl mix in the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, melted oil, yogurt and vanilla. Add in the mashed bananas and mix again. Add in the dry ingredients and the chocolate and mix well.Grease your loaf pan and add in your banana bread mixture.Sprinkle with cinnamon and add more chocolate to the top of loaf. Or banana slices or chopped nuts.Bake at 350 for 45–50 mins or until a tooth inserted comes out clean. Let cool & enjoy happy Wednesday banana bread baking!
