Easy Cinnamon Swirl Blender Pancakes Ingredients

– 1/2 cup oats/almond flour– 1 banana– 1 egg– 1/4 cup almond milk– 1/4 tsp baking powder– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract– Cinnamon– 1/4 cup vanilla coconut yogurt– 1 Tbsp almond milk– Pinch of stevia

Steps

Blend all ingredients in a blender and put about 1/4 of the batter into a plastic baggie, add the cinnamon into it along with a little bit of stevia.Cut the end of your plastic baggie to act as a “piping bag” (THIS WILL BE FOR MAKING THE CINNAMON SWIRL IN YOUR PANCAKES).Pour batter on a greased skillet and use your “pipping bag” to create swirls on each pancake.Cook pancakes over medium heat 2-3 min each side, top with coconut yogurt mixture, cinnamon, and any other toppings of your choice!!! Enjoy!!!
