Ingredients For Banana Kepok bananas (plantain), steamed for 15 minutes500 ml coconut milk or regular cow milk215 gr rice flour215 gr plain flour50 gr sugarA pinch of saltDrops of pandan colour Instructions 1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly except bananas.2. Turn on the heat, then stir it until it’s firm like a dough, not sticky. Turn off the heat.3. Lay a piece of plastic wrap on working board, then put some dough on. Cover with plastic then start to flat it using rolling pin.4. Put a banana on then roll it like a sushi until all covered in dough. Seal at two ends. Do it to all the bananas.5. Steam them for 15 minutes.6. Once cooked, slice them. Ready to serve.
