In a bowl whisk together melted vegan butter, oat milk and sugar. The mixture should feel at room temperature.2. Sprinkle yeast all over and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then mix in your flour until well combined. Cover and let it sit for 1 hour.3. Pre-heat the oven to bake at 180C4. After an hour it should have doubled in size. Add in 45g of flour and knead until the dough doesn’t stick to the surface. Add more flour if need be5. Roll your dough out into a rectangle the best you can and generously brush coconut oil all over.6. To make your filling mix together the cinnamon powder and sugar and generously sprinkle all over on top of the coconut oil.7. Create 5cm width long strips and start rolling up pinching the ends ensure the cinnamon roll is secure.8. Place them in a baking proof dish, cover and let them rise for 30 mins. Then cook them for 25-30 mins until golden brown.9. Mix together your icing sugar and oat milk, if consistency is still too thick and a little more oat milk to loosen it up.10.
