Download ImageWatch Video Vanilla Blueberry Jam Cake Ingredients115g almond flour50g mocaf/coconut flour (any type of flour works)90g condensed milk (can convert to sugar)1/4 tsp of baking soda1/2 tsp of baking powder1/2 teaspoon of salt85g butter/oil (i used 12g butter, 25g coconut oil, 48g canola oil)80-110ml water/milk1 large egg1 tsp vanilla extractblueberry jamWhite Chocolate Yogurt Frosting80g thick greek yogurt71g white chocolatelittle splash of watermelt the white choc, let it cool for a bit and mix with greek yog & waterToppingsautumn grapes n trail mixWays1. combine all dry and wet ingredients for the cake in 2 seperate bowls2. add dry into wet and combine well3. bake at 175C for 30-32 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. let the cake cool4. cut the cake into half moons (optional), then layer with the yogurt frosting only on the edges and add blueberry jam on the rest part (check my previous post if you dont get it)5. coat the upper n back parts of the cake with the yogurt frosting6. add your fav toppings Source : www.instagram.com
