For Glaze

1 cup icing sugarMilk 3-4 tablespoons and mix well to make thick pasteCoconut flakes for topping

Method For The Cake

Whisk sugar with oil with hand beater or in stand mixer for 3-5 minAdd sifted flour , baking powder , desiccated coconut and beat for 1-2 minAdd yogurt and warm milk to the batter and mix wellTransfer the batter to the regular loaf pan and top with more desiccated coconutCover the top with aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning of the cake from the topBake in the preheated oven for 40 -45 min @ 150* Celsius until cake tester or tooth pick comes out cleanCool completely over the rackTop with coconut glazeReady to serve
