Wash Urad and place in the pressure cooker with twice the amount of water and 1 Tsp of salt. Pressure cooker for 20 minutes until they are soft2. In a pan heat oil adding mustard seeds until popped then add onion mixing until they are browning3. Add blended tomato can, turmeric, salt and homemade chilli garlic paste. Stir well adding the cooked Urad then adding yogurt and stir well covering with a lid allowing that to simmer for 4-6 minutes on medium heat4.
