Taco egg rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack that combines the flavors of a taco with the crispy crunch of an egg roll. To make taco egg rolls, you will need egg roll wrappers, ground beef or turkey, taco seasoning, shredded cheese, and your favorite taco toppings, such as diced tomatoes, chopped onions, and sliced jalapenos.

To start, brown the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat, then add the taco seasoning and a little water to create a saucy filling. Lay out an egg roll wrapper and add a spoonful of the taco filling to one end of the wrapper, then sprinkle with shredded cheese and top with your desired toppings.

Roll up the wrapper tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, then brush the egg roll with a little oil or spray with cooking spray to help it get crispy in the air fryer. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
