Taco Egg Roll

Ingredients

Ground beef Mixture:1 lbs ground beef1 onion1 jalapeno1 Anaheim pepper6 mini colorful bell peppersCilantro2 tsp Cumin1 tbsp Oregano2 tsp Taco seasoningSalt, pepper, aleppo2 tbsp tomato sauce3/4 cup water

Steps

Add the ground beef taco mixture on the egg roll wrapper, add some shredded Mexican cheese blend and roll it up as I did on my reel.Use water to seal the edges of the egg roll and shallow fry to a golden perfection.I served my Taco Egg rolls with limes and the delicious @hoffandpepper sauces.
