Download ImageIngredients (Serves 2 People)2 steak thinly sliced1/2 red pepper sliced1/2 yellow pepper sliced1 cup mushroom sliced1 onion sliced1 garlic clove grated1 tsp grated ginger3 tbsp olive oilSalt and pepperSauce Ingredients3 tbsp bbq sauce3 tbsp maple syrup2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce(stir them together and set aside)StepsHeat a big pan or wok on high heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil.Add the beef slices, making sure they don’t overlap, and cook 2-3 minutes.Give them a stir, season with salt and pepper, add ginger and garlic and sauté for another minute.Add half the sauce and cook for one last minute. Set aside on a plate and wipe the pan clean.Heat another tbsp olive oil and cook the mushroom for a few minutes until cooked through and set aside along with the beef.Heat the last tbsp olive oil and sauté the onion with the rest of the veggies until soft.Lower heat and add the beef and mushroom to the veggies and pour over the remaining suace.Stir and cook for another minute.
