Preheat the oven at temperature 160 degrees Celsius.2. Sear the short ribs on a skillet until crispy outside. Safe aside.3. In a pot, heat up the oil then add onion and garlic. Saute till translucent.4. Add rosemary, carrot, celery, and tomatoes. Stir it well.5. Put the seared ribs in, then the broth and the sauces. Stir until well-combined.6.
