Place the rest of the grated cheese in a bowl and mix withthe black pepper and set aside. Place the water and salt in a pot and bring to a boil.Add the spaghetti and cook as per package until al dente.Once done, drain the pasta water in a bowl and add just a bit of the pasta water to the cheese to form a creamy paste.Mix them well with a whisk or fork till they become smooth, adding pasta water just as needed.Stir in the creamy cheese mix onto the pot with the drained spaghetti and toss them to mix, adding some pasta water if needed.Serve warm with extra sprinkles of cheese and black pepper.
