Cook Oats In Stovetop Until Thicken2. Mix everything for the PB caramel layer and adjust sweetnesses accordingly3. Transfer oats into a bowl and place PB caramel layer on top4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave (it takes around 30 seconds only) *make sure not to burnt it!*5. Spread chocolate layer on top and create swirl if u want6. Place into the fridge overnightNotes1. Guar gum is a binding agent and emulsifier in the oatmeal but it’s optional2. For PB caramel layer, u can use banana/ date paste instead of apple pure (Dates should work the best but I don’t have them on hands)3. You can also use regular PB instead of PB powder4. Not all oil work the same as coconut oil for this chocolate shell (cocoa butter should work similarly tho) but u may not be able to hear cracking noise like what u can hear from my video if using vegetable oil – if u really wanna omit oil, simply melt even more chocolate Source : www.instagram.com
