Watch Video Ingredients For Caramel Oats 25g rolled oats16g steel cut oats (or regular oats)35g salted caramel soy protein isolate @myvegan380g water/ milk12g unflavoured soy protein isolate @myvegan2g guar gum / xanthan gum (optional – if not using, use less water)Pinch of salt Pb Caramel Layer 60g unsweetened apple purée – see note 26.5g (1tbsp) powdered peanut butter @pb2foods30g yogurt @tamarvalleydairy (or vegan yogurt)Maple syrup/ honey (If needed) Chocolate Shell (U Can Obviously Make More) 1 square of @lindt 85% chocolate (10g) / any chocolate of choice1.5g coconut oil Additional Toppings Of Choice PeanutsMilk chocolate Method 1. Cook Oats In Stovetop Until Thicken 2. Mix everything for the PB caramel layer and adjust sweetnesses accordingly3. Transfer oats into a bowl and place PB caramel layer on top4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave (it takes around 30 seconds only) *make sure not to burnt it!*5. Spread chocolate layer on top and create swirl if u want6. Place into the fridge overnight Notes 1. Guar gum is a binding agent and emulsifier in the oatmeal but it’s optional2. For PB caramel layer, u can use banana/ date paste instead of apple pure (Dates should work the best but I don’t have them on hands)3. You can also use regular PB instead of PB powder4. Not all oil work the same as coconut oil for this chocolate shell (cocoa butter should work similarly tho) but u may not be able to hear cracking noise like what u can hear from my video if using vegetable oil – if u really wanna omit oil, simply melt even more chocolate Source : www.instagram.com
