Mix all ingredients for oatmeal (except protein powder) in a pot then boil and let simmer for around 15 mins (cook shorter if not using steel cut oats)2. Until oatmeal has been thickened a bit and steel cut oats have soften, turn off the fire and mix in protein powder3. Transfer everything into a bowl then let cool for a while4. Meanwhile, mix ingredients for the ganache and spread on top the oatmeal5. Microwave coconut oil with white chocolate until melt6. Draw some ghosts on top of the ganache and add chocolate chips as their eyes7. Pop everything into the fridge8. In the morning, place mandarin orange on top and two raisins for the little ‘pumpkins’NoteI guess I have added too much coconut oil for the white chocolate melt so it has run out of shape (probably because the white chocolate has sinked? Lol) Source : www.instagram.com
