Add the cream cheese and mix until you get a dough-like ball. Scoop with a tablespoon and shape into equal sized balls with your hands. Freeze for 30 minutes then, melt the white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. Dip the lotus truffles in the white chocolate and place on parchment paper to set.
