Steam/ bake beetroot until soften2. Blend cooked beetroot with 200g water/ milk3. Cook beet juice with oats in a small saucepan on medium-low for 5 mins/ microwave until thicken4. Mix protein powder and chia seeds with around 100g water/ milk5. Add cooked oatmeal into protein mix, then mix until well-combined6. Place a plastic wrap into a bowl then add oatmeal in it7. Cover and pop into the fridge overnightNext Morning8. Flip and unwrap the oatcake onto a plate9. Microwave white chocolate and coconut oil in microwave and drizzle on top of the oatcake10.
