Salted Caramel Banana Nut Bread Ingredients – 2 mashed overripe bananas– 1 cup whole wheat flour– 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar– 1/4 cup maple syrup or 1/2 cup coconut sugar– 1/2 cup peanut butter– 2 tsp vanilla– 2 tsp baking powder– 1/2 cup chopped walnuts– 1/2 cup chocolate chips Salted Caramel Topping – 2 Tbsp nut butter– 1 Tbsp coconut oil– 1 Tbsp maple syrup– Pinch of salt Steps Add your wet and dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined then fold in your chocolate chips and walnuts.Transfer batter to a greased/lined loaf pan and bake at 350 for about 45-50 min or until done.(I made the salted caramel drizzle while waiting) combine the salted caramel topping ingredients in a smaller bowl then pour/drizzle over top of the banana bread.
