Pollo A La Brasa Marinade Ingredients

3 Chicken breasts cut in strips3 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp Worcestershire sauceJuice of 1/2 a lemon or lime1 1/2 tsp paprika1 1/2 tsp ground cuminA sprinkle of salt1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)1 tbsp olive oil2 garlic cloves grated

Instruction

Ideally marinate the chicken minimum 2 hours or overnight.If like me you need to prepare lunch hastily, then 30 minutes will also do the jobPlace in a preheated oven on 220 degrees for 30-40 minutes until cooked through and dark spots start appearing.Serve warm with Aji Verde and a side of rice or potatoes.

Aji Verde (Green Sauce)

In a food processor, mix:1 cup cilantro leaves1 garlic clove1 jalapeño1/2 lime juice2 tbsp mayonnaise (I used greek yogurt to keep it healthy)Sprinkle of salt1 tbsp parmesan*** Ways –> Blend and taste to adjust salt.
