Nutella Filled Cookies

Ingredients

115g Softened Salted Butter180g All Purpose Flour100g Light Brown Sugar100g White Granulated Sugar1 Tsp Vanilla Essence1 Large Egg1/2 Tsp Baking Soda1/4 Tsp Baking PowderFlakey Salt200g Chocolate Chunks6 Spoonful Nutella (frozen)

Method

1. Freeze your spoonful of Nutella for a few hours before making the batter2. Once Nutella is frozen and ready to use, preheat oven to 180C3. In a mixing bowl combine your flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder4. In a separate bowl cream together butter and sugar then beat in your egg and vanilla essence5. Gradually add in your dry ingredients until we’ll incorporated6. Add in your chocolate chips. Get a large handful of batter adding in your frozen Nutella in the middle. Ensure to cover well with the batter.7.Place on a baking tray with grease proof paper ensuring there is plenty of space between each cookie8. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes. Take them out when they are just JUST ABOUT starting to turn brown. Let them cool before taking them off the rack
