Freeze your spoonful of Nutella for a few hours before making the batter2. Once Nutella is frozen and ready to use, preheat oven to 180C3. In a mixing bowl combine your flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder4. In a separate bowl cream together butter and sugar then beat in your egg and vanilla essence5. Gradually add in your dry ingredients until we’ll incorporated6. Add in your chocolate chips. Get a large handful of batter adding in your frozen Nutella in the middle. Ensure to cover well with the batter.7.Place on a baking tray with grease proof paper ensuring there is plenty of space between each cookie8. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes.
