Watch Video Ingredients 1 kilo of minced meat2 onions chopped1 chicken stock cube3 big tbsp traditional Gravy powder1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce3 tbsp tomato sauceFrozen peas ( optional )Short crust pastryPuff pastry Steps In a deep pan, cook the meat half way then add the onions and cook till onions are soft. (break the minced meat to how fine or chunky you like the meat mixture to be)Add the chicken stock cube, peas, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, gravy powder & 1 cup of water.Mix till combined well then leave to simmer till thickened. Taste to adjust salt ectWhen done leave aside to cool down.Spray the pie maker with oil thenCut short crust pastry to fit into the pie maker.Then fill with the cooled meat mixture then cover the top with puff pastry. close the pie maker and leave to cook.When done you can serve with mash potato & tomato sauce.Pie maker is from Kmart and the pie cutter comes with it.
