Ingredients

Spaghetti1/2 kilo Beef meat pieces1 small onion chopped5 garlic cloves crushedHandful Fresh basil tornProvidore Tomato & Pepper 400g jar2 heaped tablespoon tomato PasteSave 1 cup of pasta water1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon dried oregano

Steps

In a pot, half cook the beef then add the onion & garlic and cook till beef is browned .Add tomato paste and cook off for a few minutes then pour in the providore pasta sauce with the spices paprika, salt & oregano.Mix all together for a few minute then pour in the pasta water with fresh basil leaves.Mix and leave to simmer for about 20 minutes till sauce is thickened.PS : If forget to preserve pasta sauce then add normal water. Pasta water helps thickened the sauce well..
