Download ImageLow Calories Chicken Masala Ingredients300g chicken-breast (cubes)20g milk150g low fat yogurt1 onion (sliced)1 garlic clove (chopped)3 small tomatoes (juice)1 tbsp tomatoes paste2 tbsp oilSpices (garlic powder, salt, garam masala, paprika, turmeric, cumin, ginger, chili powder)– 1 Paket Uncle Bens full corn riceDirections-Marinate the chicken in yoghurt, 1/2 tsp of (salt, garlic, ginger and garam masala) spices for at least an hour.In a large pan add 1 tbsp oil and when it’s hot add the chicken cubes. Cook for 2 minutes then remove from pan.In the same pan add the other tbsp of oil, onions then garlic.Then add 1 tsp of (turmeric, chili powder, salt, cumin, garam masala, ginger).Mix well then add the tomatoes juice and paste, let it cook for 3 minutes then add the chicken and mix then add the milk and cook for another 10 minutes.
