Ingredients

1 kilo chicken pieces-half bone, half thigh fillet4-5 potato’s sliced/chopped thick1 tub of garlic dip 500g1/2 cup of bottled lemon juice3 table spoon of chicken seasoning1 table spoon of Biber salcaSalt & pepperOlive oilParsley

Steps

1-Add chicken & potato’s into a oven dish.2-drizzle with olive oil.3-season with salt, pepper & chicken seasoning . Mix all together really well.4- place in the oven and bake till SLIGHTLY golden . (flip the chicken half way) remove from the oven and carefully drain the water/juice from the chicken and potato & set aside.5- in a bowl add the garlic dip, lemon juice & capsicum paste and mix till all combined.Taste and adjust to YOUR likings.6- pour all over the chicken & potatoes and gently mix till all coated well and place in the oven again for another 20 min till chicken & potatos are golden and sauce has thickened.Garnish with parsley and serve with Lebanese bread .
