Make coarse spice mix and set asideFor chana gravyHeat oil in a pan.Add ginger garlic paste once it’s aromatic and golden brown add turmeric and red chiliAdd prepared koftas and cook for few minutes.Add boiled chick peas cook for a minute then add water and let it cook on high heat.
