Remove garlic from the pan and set aside.In the same pan, increase the heat to high and place shrimps on the pan in an even layer. Season with sea salt, pepper and chili flakes. Do not move once in the pan and seasoned. Sear on each side for 1 minute.Remove from the pan and toss with the browned garlic. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over it all.Serve immediately, with your favorite garnish such as chipotle seasoned mayo or hot sauce.Store any leftovers in the fridge in a glass container for up to 3 days.
