Nugget Udang (Shrimp Nugget)

Ingredients

250 gr shrimps, peeled, grinded1 carrot, shredded1 spring onion, slicedA handful of sliced celery leavesHalf of small onion, minced3 pips garlic, minced1/2 tsp white pepper powderA pinch of sugar3 tbsp tapioca flour3 tbsp all purpose flour3 tbsp breadcrumbsSalt to taste1 tbsp oil1 beaten eggOil for frying

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients, then put it on tray (lay a piece of baking paper on). –2. Cook it in steamer for about 30 minutes. Chill. –3. Cut it as your desired. –4. Dip it in beaten eggs then breadcrumbs. –5. Fry them in hot oil till golden brown. Served.
