Udang Saos Padang (Shrimps With Padangnese Sauce)

Ingredients

350 gr shrimps150 gr fish ballsCorn cobs (optional)1 tomato, slicedSpring onion, sliced1 brown onion, sliced2 cm ginger, crushedSoy sauceOyster sauceHoisin sauceSugar and salt to tasteWater1 tbsp corn starch 5 tbsp water (add if you wanna make the soup thickened)Cooking oil

Mashed Spices

1/2 onion5 pips garlic2 big red chilies1 tomato

Instructions

1. Saute onion and ginger till translucent. –2. Add the mashed ingredients till fragrant. –3. Add the shrimps and fish balls. Stir it well. –4. Add all the sauces. Mix well. –5. Pour the water followed by the corn and tomato. Bring to boil. –6. Add the seasonings and spring onion. Stir it. –7. Add the corn starch mixture. Stir till thickened. Served.
