Ingredients For Dough All Purpose Flour / Maida 2 Cups Salt 1/2 teaspoon Oil 2 tablespoon Water 3/4 Cup or as required
Method Mix dry ingredients together and then add oil,mix it and it will have a crumbley texture. Add Water gradually and knead a soft Dough. Cover and rest for 30 minutes. Take your Dough and divide in two equal balls. Dust the surface with flour,Roll the Dough and cut in circles with cutter or anything round.
Ingredients For Filling Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon Chicken 250g (Boneless)(small cubes)Salt 1/2 teaspoon or to taste Coriander Powder 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon Water 5,6 tablespoon Butter 1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour 1 tablespoon Milk 1 CupSalt 1/3 teaspoon or to taste Black Pepper Powder 1/2 teaspoon Sweet Corn 1/2 Cup Green Capsicum 1 (chopped) Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 Cup
Method Add oil in a pan,add garlic and saute it. Add Chicken and cook until it changes it’s colour. Add salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder and mix it. Add water and cook until water dries and Chicken is Done. Kept the Chicken aside. In a Pan add Butter, melt it,add all purpose flour and cook for few minutes. Add milk and cook on very low flame until it combines well and thickens a little. Add Salt and Black Pepper and give a mix. Add Sweet Corn, Capsicum and mix it. Add Mozzarella Cheese and cook on very low flame until combines well. Add the prepared chicken,mix it and it’s ready.
Ingredients For Assembling Eggs 2 (Beat them)Bread Crumbs as required (mix little paprika powder or red chilli powder in it)
Method Take your round shaped Dough, place filling at one side,apply water on the edges and fold it in D shape. Egg Wash it and then Crumb coat it.Makes 20 – 22. Can be kept in freezer for upto one month. When needed take them out, deep fry them and Enjoy.
