40g rolled oats10g unflavoured soy protein isolate35g salted caramel soy protein isolate1g turmeric powderWater/ milkPinch of salt

Toppings

1 banana1 large golden kiwi6g walnuts6g dried white mulberries(Reduced-fat) coconut shred

Steps

1. Boil water until bubbly then add in rolled oats and salt2. Cook for 3-5 mins until thicken3. Combine tumeric and protein powder in a bowl4. Transfer cooked oatmeal into the bowl, add more hot water and mix well5. Add toppings and devour
