Add oats, sea salt, cinnamon water/milk, vanilla to a small pot and mix to combine, while cooking for medium heat, until all of the liquid has been absorbed. Be sure to stir the oats while cooking.2. Add your egg whites into the oatmeal, and stir constantly – this keeps the egg whites from sticking and turns them into fluffy consistency instead.3.
