Bring water or milk to boil in a medium saucepan2. Add a bit of salt and oats into the saucepan and cook until thicken over low heat3. Mix water/ milk with protein powder and chia seeds4. Cut 60g apples in small5. Mix oats, protein mixture and apples together in a bowl=======================5. Cut apples into slices6. Place apple on a plate, and add water, lemon juice, erythritol7. Microwave apples on high for 2 mins8. Cut banana into slices9. Apply oil on frying pan. Cook cinnamon, erythritol/ syrup, and a bit water over low heat10.
