Boil oats and 250g of water until thickened (or microwave for 3 minutes while giving a stir every minute)2. Mix protein powder, chia seeds with water/ milk (less liquid for thicker oats or more for runnier oats)*Some said cooking chia seeds will degrade the omega-3 content so I mix them seperately3. Combine ingredients for the chocolate ganache4. Transfer the oatmeal into a bowl and add the ganache layer on top5.
