Steam/ roast beetroot, then blend it with water/ milk2. Mix beetroot juice with oats, protein powder and salt3. Let it soak in the fridge overnight (so it takes less time for cooking)4. The next morning, cook oatmeal with apples on stovetop on medium for 3-5 mins until thicken5. For the remaining apple slices, soak in lemon water for 1 mins, then take out and microwave with lid on for around 1 mins (optional)6.
