Download ImageDark Chocolate Brownie Ingredients2 sticks of unsalted butter(1/2 lb)8 oz chocolate chips (I use @ghirardelli 72% dark)4 eggs1/2 tsp salt1 cup granulated sugar( I use organic cane sugar)1 cup dark brown sugar1 Tbsp vanilla extract1 Tbsp instant coffee (melt it in 1 Tbsp hot water)*optional1 cup all purpose flourStepsMelt the butter in a pot over medium heat Once the butter is melted remove from the stove and put the chocolate chips in Mix well until combinedIn another bowl, whisk eggs, salt, sugars, vanilla extract and coffee together until smoothAdd the butter-chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture, then add the flour and whisk the batter until uniformedPour the batter into a parchment paper lined 13x9x2 baking dish (make sure the parchment paper is over hanging the tray so it’s easier to lift after baking) Even out the batter 350F for 40-45 minutes when top forms a shiny crust Check with a tooth pick, it should be only a few crumbs on it Cool completely in the pan Serve and enjoy Source : www.instagram.com
